I had a very disappointing experience with this dealership. The customer service from Alfred Olivares from the finance department was extremely poor. unhelpful, unprofessional, and gave me the impression that once the paperwork was signed, he no longer cared about assisting me. Every time I reached out to resolve an issue, I was either ignored or passed around without any real effort to solve the problem. Pedro the sales person was great , answer every call and text trying to help me.

Turn over rate is guaranteed to give you whiplash. Its never the same techs and there seems to be a communication issue for the most part. However the staff is very polite

Problem was not resolved. Dropped vehicle off on a Tuesday and picked it up on Friday.
