Very very expensive.

Very very expensive. Some reliable, some not so much. First repair cost more that average, took 5 days. No loaner. Apparently service manager doesn’t exist or return calls. Engine light on 3 hours after pickup. Second repair even more expensive. Second advisors much better communicator. Disappointed that couldn’t fix it right first time and no courtesy on second charge. Dealer is always last resort but local guy couldn’t fix it. Solution. Buy a Toyota next time. Sad they make these things to break. It’s the way of the world. Milk the little guy. Forgive them, they don’t know what they are doing.

This is my 3rd Service appoint.

This is my 3rd Service appoint. All three appoints were handled by Tiffany Salazar. She is by far the best service department representative that I have ever encountered. She responds to all messages and/or phone calls. Extremely professional, courteous and just an overall pleasure. This vehicle was bought at Hollywood Jeep and the customer service was horrible. I almost didn't want to buy another Jeep as I was so annoyed with their lack of customer service. Because of Tiffany; I will be buy another Jeep and it will be with Arrigo.

Nick really came through for me on this service.

Nick really came through for me on this service. He was able to pick up right where my last service advisor left off and get me in and out. He was able to provide a solution for every one of my concerns regarding my challenger and provided the very best in quality service. Even post-service, he reached out to ensure everything was ok with my service. Overall, I would highly recommend Nick to anyone I know that gets their vehicle serviced at Arrigo.
