My service agent, Tiffany, is excellent. This is the second time I dealt with her and she’s a customer service superstar. Excellent communication skills. I was a little disappointed with my last service they missed a couple of plastic rivets in the left rear fender. I called Tiffany and we agreed to have that taken care of during my next service.

Alexj was very helpful and professional. He made the process very simple. Iala was great in the fiancé dept as well.

Responsive when you are in front of them, not so much otherwise on the phone for greater that 21 minutes.
