Jalen was the best.

Jalen was the best. Our file was transferred to him due to another advisor leaving. Jalen made us feel heard and important. He followed up and kept in contact with us every step of the way. The customer service he provided was something I have never experienced in my 57 years. He really knows how to talk and treat customers. He also helped us learn more about the Sunbit and helped us complete the application whereas we were approved. He also gave me a token to get breakfast from the Cafe. I will definitely come back to this dealership and asked for only Jalen to take care of us. He is an asset to your Company and deserves to be recognized with the highest accolades.

Took my 2022 Jeep in last Saturday for a complimentary

Took my 2022 Jeep in last Saturday for a complimentary oil change. I told Jesus Martinez that the windshield and rear window washer fluid lines were clogged and needed to be cleared. Three hours later, I got the Jeep back with only the oil changed. The washer issue was ignored. The service report just repeated what I had told Jesus, no actual inspection, no solution. His excuse? “Too many parts need to be disassembled and we don’t do that on Saturdays.” Then why keep my car for 3 hours? To make it worse, they scratched my leather seat. No apology, no mention of it, just silence. I noticed it as soon as I got in. This place doesn’t respect your time, your car, or your trust. Won’t be going back, and I’d advise others to stay away too.

Very good experience this time.

Very good experience this time. Not too much pressure felt. Milo was very helpful. If it wasn’t not for him we probably wouldn’t have bought the Jeep.
