Samuel the advisor was great.

Samuel the advisor was great. The reason for the visit was to fix a problem the previous mechanic had caused by leaving the oil pan bolt loose, causing the car to leak oil. Fortunately, a week after the service, I realized the oil leak was a problem and had to bring the car back in for a tune-up. The waste of time and poor work by the technician could have been even worse.

The sales team sold me the truck the manager was using

The sales team sold me the truck the manager was using and the truck bed was all scratched up. I also do not believe it was the restock I test drive. Not very happy.

My battery is not charging to 30 miles as it should and I

My battery is not charging to 30 miles as it should and I told the advisor and he said there’s nothing wrong with the battery. The battery is only charging to 23-26 miles after being on the charger overnight. I asked him to charge the battery at the dealership to make sure that it’s not my charger at home that’s the problem. I left the car at 9 to also do an oil change, they called me at 11:30 and said there’s nothing wrong car was ready. Went to pick up the car and he didn’t put the car on the charger and said something about it not being available. Although the oil charge was completed, my battery issue was not resolved and felt like he just brushed it off as no big deal.

He took the time to explain every aspect of the vehicle I was interested in, answering all my questions thoroughly and in a way that was easy to understand. He also went above and beyond to help me find a vehicle that perfectly met my needs, even though it wasn't exactly what I had initially in mind."
