I brought the vehicle in due to a malfunctioning

I brought the vehicle in due to a malfunctioning driver-side defroster, but the issue remains unresolved. Upon inspection, I discovered broken clips and missing components in the engine bay. There is also a persistent noise originating from the driver’s side that becomes more pronounced during acceleration. Additionally, the air conditioning system makes a loud noise when it engages. Since acquiring the vehicle, it has spent a significant amount of time in service. Although the transmission was replaced, the vehicle continues to exhibit intermittent hard knocking—albeit less severe than before. Despite repeated visits, the dealership has failed to address these issues in a timely and satisfactory manner.

The only complaint I have is that it took them almost

The only complaint I have is that it took them almost three weeks to change two simple things. I think they should deliver the cars washed as a courtesy.

Absolutely the best experience in the service center.

Absolutely the best experience in the service center. My Service Advisor Jaylen Floyd literally did everything he could to ensure I had a good experience. He was extremely professional, super nice, fast to respond to my calls and questions and made sure to expedite the repairs to my truck. He is exactly what every Service Advisor should strive to be. His customer service skills are some of the best l've ever seen.
