Start/Stop battery changed, still not working.

Start/Stop battery changed, still not working. Battery complete loose, cold air intake loose, broken parts. Had to go back. They used now zip ties to secure the battery and refused to order the original parts. The rubber plug is ordered, have to go back in a week. Other broken parts they refuse to change.

Professional, everything happened on the time-line I was

Professional, everything happened on the time-line I was told. Tony went out of his way to do the paperwork himself for the rental car. He also was in contact with me on a daily basis to let me know everything was on schedule. Customer service has definitely improved at the dealership.
