I was at the dealer two three weeks ago. Service dpt said they will replace my steering wheel and i should have it in 3-4 week. After two weeks I called and my service advisor had no idea and placed the order just when i called. Unacceptable.

We signed and agreed to a price of ~56800 with Chris. We sent the financed at after 9pm. The financer said any supplementary item can be cancelled at any time, except what is to paid to the government. At the end, we were given only the flash drive. When we asked for the paper, they said they will send to my email, and they did not. When we checked the papers when we got to the house, we found that they charged an additional $2733 to which we did not agree and we were not explained of. When went the next day to cancel these items, the financer and manager very rudely and arrogantly said that once we've signed, we're done. After 9:30pm, as a human being, we cannot read every single paper. Our mistake was that we trusted the financer. The next day, he was a different personality. Further, the financer put the registration under my wife's name and financed the car under mine, which we just recognised; my wife was not present there and we did not give them any details about her. You need to return the $2733, because this is a form of cheating. The day after when we requested the paper on which we agreed the price on the road, they refused to give it. -Mathew Joseph
