I purchased 4 new tires on 3/29 i had a morning appointment at 8am i did not receive the vehicle until 5pm that day they were having issues with the alignment . After driving i notice that the alignment was incomplete. I contacted Jaylen and advised that the vehicle pulls to the right and when reach speeds of 80 MPH the car shakes. So i brought it in on Wednesday 4/2. Jaylen assist with a rental and assured me that the problem would be fixed. I picked up my vehicle on 4/4 drove it on the highway this morning and still the steering wheel pulls to the right to keep the vehicle centered and at 80 MPH the car still shakes like the wheel are warp. I cannot understand why it taking so much time and inconvenience me Tom have my vehicle aligned properly. This very frustrating and disappointing.
