Unfortunately, I am unable to write an outstanding review for my service occurring on March 8. I'll start by stating this review is solely for my March 8, 2025 appointment. I did find the experience all around to be poor. It involved speaking with various mangers, directors, and even me having to write the corporate office. 1. My car sat the dealership for almost 3 weeks due to negligence. 2. After less than 72 hours of having the car, I was forced to return it again due to negligence. I am currently writing this review on April 2, 2025. I am approaching one month without a car that has been at the Arrigo Sawgrass Service Department because of declining customer service and lack of Diligence.

Jaime was not informative about the car and his language
Jaime was not informative about the car and his language was not good. Hard not work with even the manger. Best person was the second finance person I had. First finance person Lala was rude and did not answer my questions I had.

Excellent experience with my service advisor Sekou.
Excellent experience with my service advisor Sekou. I'm not sure who specifically actually worked on my car, but he was also excellent and explained the issue in his inspection video so I could understand the problem perfectly. Very happy overall and I was constantly updated and my electrical issue has been resolved.
