I took my truck in for an oil change and some warranty

I took my truck in for an oil change and some warranty work about two and a half months ago. At the time, all they could do was change the oil and replace the actuator on my tailgate which wasn't locking. I got my truck back and the tailgate still does not lock. I was told it must just need a minor adjustment. Why couldn't they adjust it and test it before they gave it back to me? My truck now leaks oil all over my driveway. It has never leaked a drop since I have owned it. It's very convenient that they didn't oil change, and now it leaks oil. I received an email a few weeks ago that I had a scheduled appointment, so I took my truck in Wednesday morning. I finally saw the service advisor named Anthony who refuses to return any of my phone calls or reply to my voicemails. After going through everything that need to be done with him, he informs me that the ABS module isn't in yet. I asked him, what am I doing here then, and he said I don't know I didn't call you to schedule the appointment. Whose scheduled it? When will the ABS module be in? And when will you fix this oil leak that you created? I'm looking forward to my warranty being up, so I can do the work properly myself.

The service center did not repair what I originally took

The service center did not repair what I originally took my vehicle in for. They will not show me the original work documents. They do not keep their word. It feels like because you’re a female, they think you don’t know anything about your vehicle. I had a terrible experience.

STAY AWAY, LIAR.

STAY AWAY, LIAR. Raidel sold me my 2024 Atlas, the first time I went into the dealer he advised they would not be able to buyout my MAZDA Lease so I left. He called me back the next day and said he spoke with his manager and said they will be able to pay off my vehicle. Looking back at my contract it is the complete opposite, he lied. I wouldn't have gone back to the dealer if they weren't able to pay off my Mazda.......
