Interesting fact I didn't have a positive experience with the sales department and I won't buy a car from this place again, but I had great experience in the Service Department. Sam was amazing! kept constant communication with me even if the service took longer than expected

This is the worst dealership I have EVER dealt with.
This is the worst dealership I have EVER dealt with. The service department was worse than poor. They have pitiful communication standards and are not honest. The mechanic I have been using and trust from another shop told me exactly what I need, but they do not work on transmissions. I foolishly took it to Arrigo who told me I needed over $10,000 dollars worth of work on my engine. It was fine when I drove it there. If it needed so much work, why were they so interested in buying it from me? I do not trust the integrity of either the sales or service department and neither should you! It used to be a good service dept. until Arrigo sold it.

I visited the dealership to address an electrical issue
I visited the dealership to address an electrical issue with the dashboard, which had been causing problems for several days. Supposedly they had checked everything, but the issue persisted. The transmission relearned, but the problem remained. Despite these two fixes, the issue persisted. I had to be present for the entire process. The price was around 700+ dollars, which is quite high. I don’t know when the prices will change, but it’s unbelievable.
