Worst experience ever.
Worst experience ever. Total waste of my time. Have purchased 7 vehicles from Arrigo. Had my vehicle for four days and did nothing for it. They did spring additional charges on me not disclosed at the time I dropped it off. Went to AutoZone and had a report of what was wrong in 10 mins. After researching forums, checked my oil and it was way low. Added oil and the dash cleared up. Fixed it myself it the way to go.

Carlos Castro Service Advisor was exceptional at customer service. A valuable asset to the dealership. Service Manager Daniel Guernsey sets the bar by leading his team. He sets the bar as knowing how to show leadership and ensure that the customer has a positive experience. We will return to have our vehicle serviced by Arrigo Sawgrass.
