Tiffany Salazar was my service advisor and she was really very helpful. She addressed all my issues and made sure my car was repaired as fast as possible. I appreciate her caring to help it made a big difference. I will for sure ask for her the next time i need to get my car serviced or repaired.

Jayden Floyd was most attentive & responsive to all

Jayden Floyd was most attentive & responsive to all inquiries on the repair process via warranty coverage. All calls were replied to in a timely manner which was a HUGE issue I had with previous repair facility. All concerns were addressed and handled as well as an informative "suggestion of services" that I also appreciate. I look forward to returning to this facility in the future & at the same time hope it not TOO soon.. lol. keep up the good work.

I previously bought my car there and I was very pleased.

I previously bought my car there and I was very pleased. But not this time. I saw an advertisement on their website. The car I was interested in had a big discount. When I got to the dealership and showed them the ad, I was told some reason why a big percentage of the discounts didn't apply to me. I have to question the accuracy of that. Also I walk with a cane and I have to wonder if that affected the way I was dealt with.

I was not given the full details about the car that I

I was not given the full details about the car that I purchased. It was previously tuned, and could possibly render the warranty void. Furthermore it's been 3 weeks since I traded in my car and the finance department has not paid off the loan of that car. My old lender/bank is requesting that I make another payment even though YOU guys have had that.var for three weeks now.

I live in Upstate New York and all the employees made it very pleasurable to buy online. Everything was done with fast expedient service. Very professional atmosphere. They even helped me find a great deal on shipping the vehicle. The video of the vehicle is what sold me on it. Jake included every detail. I would highly recommend buying from Arrigo CDJR Sawgrass
