I elected not to take a test drive, but Ian made sure I fully understood the car’s features and condition, provided detailed photos/documentation, and answered every question promptly. The 600LT was immaculate and exactly as described; the team handled all paperwork and financing smoothly and transparently, with no last-minute surprises. Scammers don’t go to this place they make you pay $5000 to put car on hold while they do your paper work they say that payment goes to down payment but if you decide you don’t want to go ahead with the purchase the keep you money I got robbed from them avoid this place

I worked with Ian. This was my first exotic car (McLaren) and first time purchasing a car from another state. Ian was AMAZING. I bet you I could call him right now, and he would answer. He made the process easier than when I would buy vehicles in person. I did experience two issues. Issue one: I took delivery of my car on Jun 13th, and on Jun 14th, boom, check engine light for P0420. cat below threshold. I informed Ian, and he stated, "I will see what I can do to help". I honestly didn't expect anything from the dealership, but was ready for the standard well its sold as is. While we waited on that answer to come in i headed over to the DMV to get plates for the car. Whoever put the paperwork together forgot to add some pages, preventing me from registering the vehicle. I called Ian and he was able to contact someone at the dealership and get me the documents I needed while I was still at the DMV. Now about that check engine light, I got the car to a McLaren tech and was able to bore and see the catalytic converter was done for. I sent the repair quote to Ian per his request on June 30th. On July 7th I had a good faith check from HyperCars. I was so surprised!! Not only will Ian take good care of you but HyperCars will do everything to make things right. Now, full transparency it wasn't in the full amount but that wouldn't be fair to them to foot the entire bill as well. Just bad timing no check engine lights when it left the dealership. So amazing they did anything at all. When its time to get into another McLaren ill be back to HyperCars. Just referred a buddy of mine to Ian as well.

Ian was professional, quick to respond, and knowledgeable. Brandon in finance was quick to get the paperwork ready. There was a small issue with the seatbelts-car was missing one. Justin and Ian were quick to take care of the issue. The replaced the belts asap. Hypercars is one of the most helpful and professional dealerships. I have been in my fair share as I have owned over 40 cars - expensive habit. We will be back. Thank you for your hospitality and kindness.
