My partner and I purchased a vehicle from here and the

My partner and I purchased a vehicle from here and the vehicle arrived damaged, and it arrived late at night so we wouldn’t see it and the driver never mentioned anything útil I noticed it was hitting the other truck they were towing, they have bad customer service, they will blow up your phone to convince you to buy, but once you buy they don’t care anymore, I went to get a estimate on the damage I did and they said it was too expensive and they hired their own people and did a horrible job, we sent them many messages and they ain’t professional.

Hi there, we're truly sorry to hear about the condition your vehicle arrived in and the frustration this situation has caused. We do want to clarify that, Bell Road Mitsubishi was not responsible for the damage during transport, and the transport company is accountable for that portion. That said, we are actively working with you to help resolve the issue with the transport company, and we’re here to support you however we can through this process.

You guys should have hired someone professional, they didn’t want to take to the truck to a shop to get fixed by a legit body shop, they say it was to too expensive. Till this day we haven’t heard from you guys, I’m putting this review so people can think about buying a vehicle, it has been a very bad experience and has been very unprofessional.

Routine service visit for oil change, tire rotation, and other checks. Greeted immediately and was in and out in two hours. Less than $100. Have always had great service experience at this dealership.

Sales were very efficient and professional, but service

Sales were very efficient and professional, but service was absolutely horrendous. I bought a used car there and feel the so called “safety check” was inadequate and not thorough. Their poor customer service resulted in me taking my car to another service dealership. There were multiple existing recalls on the vehicle and my car needed oil! There was no follow up when I expressed my concerns to management even though they said they would get back to me. I am extremely frustrated and concerned about the quality of their “safety checks.” I won’t ever be returning to this dealership.
