had an appointment for a recall when I got there I also needed oil change but I needed my car back by 2p.m. Chris Said would try and he did got it back to me by 11 a.m. Went to pay for the oil change and was ask if I wanted a package of 4 oil changes what a great way to start my day .

Had an appointment to have a re-call taken care of, re-call was completed as I sat comfortably in the waiting area drinking their freshly brewed coffee. Re-call preformed I drove away happy, as it took less time than I anticipated.

Worked with John Ormsbee, no pressure just facts and a good deal. Great and pleasant purchase experience. Highly recommend dealership and John. Entire team was personable.

My wife and I have leased four vehicles from Shuman's and have always had a great experience. We've leased several cars from other dealers, but the experience isn't the same. There are many dealerships that are closer, but we choose to drive from Livonia because we know that we'll be taken care of.

He was very attentive to our lease needs. His communication was excellent as well. Chris Brough, the General Manager has done a great job training his staff. From Sales to Service, Shuman does a great job. We look forward to continuing to use Shuman for our vehicle needs.
