Ohio Car Mart

The over all experience was just okay. I did most of the commutation through email due to time and work schedule. They seemed to respond quick at first but i felt since i am out of state it became a lower priority to keep up with communication. Im not saying the place is bad but I did feel they just let the follow ups to my questions slide through.

I had an awesome experience with this dealership. They provided me an awesome car! It was exactly what I wanted, but it was in great condition and for a fair price. There customer service isn't a selling point, but their cars are. Reliable and trustworthy. They were also super helpful in helping me get information for my out of state issues. My credit union was being a pain in the xxx, but the dealership went out of their way to assist us more than my own credit union.

Bought Mercedes Benz E350 and I could not be happier! The service was great and the owners were able to get me financing at a great rate! They even worked with me to get me a great price! The car itself drives great and was extremely clean.I am definitely sticking with this dealership in the future!!!
