My experience test driving with Ricky was phenomenal. He was courteous, kind, patient, knowledgeable, and not pushy at all. I never felt rushed or pushed toward a sale. He answered all my questions and was fun to work with. He, alongside Liz, a customer service rep, made sure I has a pleasant experience at Audi in Naperville. While I did not buy a car from them, I appreciated the time and effort they took to accommodate my needs. I would definitely recommend or buy from them if I were ever in the market for another car, especially in light of how I was treated at other dealerships prior to arriving there.

Very impressive. Nice, smart and customer focused. Iman a pleasure who made sure I was comfortable with the sales process and showed that he knew his stuff.

Start to finish working with Tyler made the entire car buying experience as easy as it gets! He was knowledgeable, courteous …and always respectful of my time. The Product Specialst, Daniel, was outstanding at imparting what I needed to know about my new SQ5.

Bought Audi A6 Premium Plus. Like to thank Scott Woolsey for his wonderful service - professional, helpful and knowledgeable!!! Also worth mentioning Issac (Manager), for his excellent help and time in closing the deal!!! Highly recommend this dealership, great place to go to.

I’ve purchased cars throughout the mid-west for personal use, always leaned towards certified to take advantage of the certification process and extended warranty. Of the BMW’s, Porsche’s I’ve purchased this Allroad was in the absolute best condition of all of them! The process (all online with Amy “Brooks”) was fair to me and Naperville Audi. Closing of the purchase in Naperville after a 3 hour drive in a snow storm was worth it, painless and Amy appreciated that I had another 3 hour drive home, moving the process forward. The introduction of the cars features (Dan) were amazing and thoroughly informative, usually I would blow these off. I know this review sounds like I’m related to the dealer….not….we are Detroit Lions fans!

SHAME ON ALL OF YOU! Called and talked to multiple people including internet sales managers, used car manager who sent me a video and a sales person. I confirmed the car was there and asked additional questions and started my journey to look at the car....1 hour into my drive they call and say BTW we dont finance cars with over 120k miles. TELL PEOPLE THIS UPFRONT! Also, WHY are you trying to sell it on your lot? Its a 20k car! Shame shame, shame! And now we all await their corporate blah blah blah response. I cant wait!

From Nicole to RJ… A fantastic experience. They truly made me believe that the customer comes first. They did exactly what I asked them to do and with the utmost professionalism. The Finance manager was a true pro as well. Hats off to the entire team. Thank you for restoring my faith is customer service!

We were looking for a specific make and model used car. This dealership had one that ticked all the boxes. Our salesperson, Amy Brooks, went through all the information she had on the car and addressed all of our questions/requests. She worked with us throughout the car buying process — providing conscientious and professional customer service that was by far the best we’ve received in any car buying purchase.
