They did not do a full diagnostic on my vehicle and the issue I went to get fixed wasn’t even fixed. Also, they replaced a part but caused my car to have a leak. The employee tried to make it since like I didn’t know what I was talking about. I’m really disappointed and unhappy with their service. Also, they couldn't even give me a loaner car when they I came back into the shop for them to fix the leak issue they created. i wouldn’t of Suspect this type of service at such a prestige dealership. In addition, the employees working at the desk should put exactly what’s wrong with the vehicle so the mechanics can know what to look for. The only person who was considerate was Clayton for driving and picking me up from the dealership to my destination and back.
