Nate was incredible.
Nate was incredible. He was no pressure and all about figuring out what kind of car our family needed. He is a hard worker and delight to work with! He went into every meeting that we had with curiosity and joy. He answered our questions to the best of his knowledge, and admitted, when he didn’t know something about the cars. He was eager to find out, not only for us, but for himself as well. He was excited to learn new things about the cars as we learned them together. He is a fabulous, no pressure car sales person and we would be happy to work with him every time we purchase a car. The waiting area is nice, and our finance guy was helpful. Annie kept checking on us throughout our entire process. I felt well cared for as a person and never felt like ‘another sale’. Thanks Gladstone Toyota!

We received great customer service.
We received great customer service. Dusty was awesome to work with...he was never pushy and made us feel comfortable. When he was running back and forth between the lot and the office, we had a couple of people check in on us to make sure someone was helping us. Everyone we encountered were friendly.

Danny was extremely professional, courteous and friendly! He found the exact car we were looking for while engaging in great conversation. Dolf in finance was extremely friendly and professional as well! Buying a new car is always a process and they had us out the door in about 3.5 hours (that includes walking the lot and checking out the cars). Thank you Danny and Dolf for the wonderful service!
