Bradley made the buying process stress-free, flexible, and treats you like a customer (rare in this current market). Toyota of Gladstone was the first dealership that felt welcoming and refreshing. Due to a crash, I had to look at car options in this crazy car market. I had been to numerous car dealerships and kept feeling pushed and pulled to buy something I didn’t feel comfortable with. The car I wanted wasn’t readily available at any Toyota dealership in my area, and most salespeople I talked to haven’t even been inside one yet. I saw a listing for the Prius I was looking for and got connected with Bradley at Toyota of Gladstone. It was one of the first times I felt that a car salesperson was asking about what I was looking for and why. Bradley kept amazing communication and moved his schedule around to accommodate me. Another customer had decided that they didn’t want the same type of Prius I wanted, so Bradley called me right away and set up signing for the next day. I honestly felt that he pulled strings to support me as a customer and not just a sale that he wanted to push. Toyota of Gladstone is a very inviting dealership site. It felt welcoming and I was stress free throughout the entire process. Mr. Davis is a fantastic balance of showing support and asking questions that helped to guide a great experience throughout the car sales process. Other car salespeople at other dealerships seemed to try to pander to me and Bradley had authenticity and professionalism. It may seem over the top to point out these qualities, but out of all the other Toyota dealerships I went to, this was the first where a dealer was working for my needs instead of their quota. Financing was smooth and Mr. Muni was great to talk with and helped to support Don’t let car salespeople push you around and tell you what you want. Don’t feel like dealers have all the power and won’t negotiate with you. Spend an evening with someone at Toyota of Gladstone and you will be heard and accommodated for. I’m looking forward to my next visit and love my new car!

Eric was kind, considerate, and worked hard helping us find a car in budget. We were very grateful for his help. He is fast and will make fun jokes while trying to find the car you want. Mohammed does not deserve his leader ship role in this dealership, he treated me like garbage, and would not work with me on my trade-in. I went to Wilsonville Toyota and they gave me what I wanted for my trade-in. Unfortunately, I did not find the car that I wanted, I wanted a AWD Camry, and I settled for a FWD Camry with less options. Gladstone had the one I wanted. Very disappointing. The manager at Gladstone Toyota, “Darren” told me he would help me out in the future and I hope he takes me up on that. I would’ve much rather dealt with Gladstone Toyota. They are my new go to since Wilsonville Toyota switched owners. To this day, I wish Gladstone would approached my trade in differently.
