Toyota of Gladstone

We had to wait a bit for our sales guy who wasn’t there but then we got connected to Bobby who made the whole experience enjoyable.

In spite of a mechanical issue which was neither Brendon nor Gladstone’s fault, we had a fabulous experience. Clearly our best car buying experience going all the way back to June 1973 when I bought my first car: a Toyota Celica! Actually, with the mechanical problem, we were grateful for only Brendon’s handling of it but also the efforts, support and professionalism of Daniel, Rudy and a couple of other sympathetic sales folk. Stated simply, Brendon and Gladstone way over delivered!

Marco was fantastic to work with at Gladstone. He was kind, knowledgeable and went above and beyond to make sure I felt comfortable driving away in my new car. I absolutely recommend him to others. Thank you Gladstone Toyota! Also I stated this process with Miguel. I was after a new Sienna which are extremely hard to find. Miguel made me feel like finding a Sienna was his only job. He found me exactly what I wanted and I couldn’t be happier. When most Siennas are taking close to a year to find, he found me one in 5 months start to finish. I will always come back to Miguel and refer him to everyone I know!

Kerry the service manager is a hands on professional that puts the interest of the customer first and does what it takes to make sure the customer leaves satisfied. The service dept has improved immensely since he took over.

I feel all cars in Toyota Gladstone dealership are priced to perfection. Offers and quality of service is awesome.

Eric was extremely patient and worked well with our extended timeline. He stayed in constant contact over over a month while we waited for the vehicle to arrive. He made the process the day of smooth and quick. I got exactly what I wanted including the color and it has been very nice to have! I did most of my application paperwork online and was given the trade in value I was originally quoted!Highly recommend!
