Legalized stealing!

Legalized stealing! I came to the store with cash in hand to buy a car. When discussing the final figures, tax, license, title, they drop another $1,500 for a TRACKING SYSTEM that I did not want or ask for, They said it was already on the car. I wanted it taken off, they said no! Then he tells me how much it is PER MONTH! LEGALIZED STEALING. So I walked away, no car, their loss!

There’s some issues / delays happening when it comes to

There’s some issues / delays happening when it comes to releasing the vehicle. But all well is done and everything is taking care of. Thats how “Jonny Alcantar” Sales representatives he is. He make sure that his customers have 100% very satisfied and very happy. He’s very understanding, patience, and he’s absolutely gave his time to reply all the calls and text messages too. Of all the dealerships i visited he’s very different and treated you as family member. Thumbs-up for him. Highly Recommended the California Motor Trade Norco.

I have read some horrible reviews and thank you because I dodged a bullet. For all the people who have been miss treated I beg you to report them not only to the better business burial but also to State of California Comsumer affairs, the secretary of the state, California attorney general. Also in california under the DMV comsumer bill of rights states consumers who purchase a used car for less than $40,000 must be offered a two-day contract cancellation agreement if they do not give you this agreement than there is no cooling off period, but they are required by the DMV to provide it to you. stop these people from ripping you off and making seem like it is your fault. I seen a car for $10,000 for my son but called and they will not take off the add on's so it is bait and switch and I have reported them to the consumer affairs for violating the California false advertising law Code: 17500 this law is advertising at a low price to attract customers but making them pay more and potentially taking a sale away from a legit dealership. Fight back

Reading these other reviews is extremely upsetting.

Reading these other reviews is extremely upsetting. I wish I paid attention to them prior to purchasing. Extremely disappointed with this dealership’s handling of my request to cancel a warranty for a service I am no longer receiving, due to my truck being totaled. I’ve repeatedly asked for a prorated refund, only to be told the policy is “non-refundable.” While I understand their position, I was never provided with the terms and conditions at the time of sale—despite having all my original documents. At this point, I may have no choice but to seek legal counsel. It doesn’t take much for a dealership to show integrity and empathy. If you have other options, I strongly recommend taking your business elsewhere.

As I started to write a check for this car the dealer

As I started to write a check for this car the dealer added $3,000 for a gps and security system not mentioned earlier. I left in a hurry. Dealer retained my drivers license. I have asked for it back but dealer will not respond to me.

Had a fantastic customer service experience with Miguel at California Motor Trade 3. He was incredibly helpful and knowledgeable, making the car buying process smooth and stress- free. He explained clearly everything, no pressure at all. Highly recommend them!
