We have had our Subaru outback maintenance done at Heritage Subaru for the past 13 years. I have been extremely satisfied with the services and personnel I have dealt with especially Steele Pampillio. Steele Was amazing both personally and professionally. I would recommend him very highly to anyone who was thinking about purchasing or leasing a vehicle at Heritage Subaru Catonsville. Steele was extremely accommodating. If I could give him 10 stars I would do that.

Danglo was so helpful and kind.

Danglo was so helpful and kind. He was extremely knowledgeable about each car we were interested in. He had them ready for us when we got there, and answered every question we had with accurate and honest information. We felt very comfortable discussing our options with Danglo, and felt like we found the perfect car with his help. I would highly recommend purchasing a car from this dealership, especially with the help of Danglo. 10/10.

The employees are friendly and courteous.

The employees are friendly and courteous. They try to make sure you are comfortable in this environment. They explain what work has to be performed. They do not try to get you to do unnecessary work. I was greeted by two smiling faces. Lynese Hutchinson took responsibility for my car. She kept me updated via text message. My questions were answered immediately.

I'm still at a loss for words since driving away from the

I'm still at a loss for words since driving away from the dealership last weekend. After being in an accident with a commercial truck, I was shaken and upset that my 2019 Impreza was declared a total loss. However, Nate and his team made what could have been a stressful ordeal into a seamless and ENJOYABLE experience. My sales rep, Lance, had already done his research and was prepared with budget-conscious options. Even the financing process with Jon Bookstein was painless. I am grateful for the incredible service I received and will continue to recommend Heritage Subaru Catonsville to loved ones and friends!

Had an appointment to get the breaks replaced.

Had an appointment to get the breaks replaced. Got in and got it done. Additional recommendations were done in regards to the state of my truck. I was hoping for the shuttle to take me home, but it was not available and by the time it was available it was 30 minutes before job was completed. Other than that. Great service and communication from Ashlyn throughout the process. I especially like the communication from maintenance technician with the video and options to accept or decline services with exact charge listed for my review. Overall great experience.
