I had been looking for a 2017 Kia cadenza for 4 weeks.

I had been looking for a 2017 Kia cadenza for 4 weeks. I was about to drive down to FL this weekend to buy one that was the “best deal” I was able to find when I did one last search and found one they had posted in the last 24-48 hours. The listing price was so low, I put a $500 deposit (non-refundable, big risk, I know ) down at 9pm to reserve it. The carfax showed it had great records of maintenance and had only 33,000 miles on it. I drove up the next day to test drive. Pulling in, the lot is well maintained with lots of cars that are clean on the outside and it was pleasant looking. Walking inside the dealership, it was a large and spacious room with plenty of seating for customers and it had a very nice and welcoming feeling. Emanuel (sp*) was my sales agent and he was great. I didn’t feel any pressure to buy and he answered all my questions with a good level of confidence. He guided me on a test drive that let me check it out. The only downside was that we didn’t take it on the highway. But we got up to about 60mph at points and the car handled well. Outside of some minor paint imperfections. The car was in fantastic shape. Upon further inspection, the passenger rear view mirror had a cracked plastic guard for the turn signal and the driver side door handle button was missing and not operable. They ended up making a deal with me that satisfied all my concerns and never once made it seem like anything negative I said about the car (which there was only those two) was unreasonable. We then proceeded with the sale. I was then introduced to Stephanie who talked to me about the money aspect. She was most definitely their “seller”. She gave me a quote sheet that included all of their warranties and she was VERY convincing on why I should get them. She explained them throughly and professionally. To be honest. Their warranties are fantastic and the only reason I didn’t get them was because it was out of my budget to include them. Stephanie is a tough seller and she worked every angle to try to convince me. But when I told her I just couldn’t do it, there was no more pressure. Much respect to her. I was in and out in roughly 1.5 - 2 hours and it was more like I was dealing with friends I haven’t talked to in a long time versus sellers who are trying to rip you off. I’ve only bought 3 cars before this and this was most definitely the best experience I’ve ever had. When I’m ready for a new car, I will definitely be checking with them first instead of wasting time researching on auto trader etc. I definitely would recommend them to anyone looking for a car.

This was a total bait and switch.

This was a total bait and switch. I called Echo Park one hour beforehand to ensure the vehicle was still available and was told yes. Only to get there and be told they sold the car this morning. If the car was sold in the am why was I told the vehicle was still available at 4:30 pm. Will never do business with this place. Horrible experience.

Wow!

Wow! I just had to share my incredible experience at EchoPark! It was unlike any other dealership, and my guide, Oscar Bryant, made it truly amazing. He was so welcoming and knowledgeable, and he made the car buying process so easy to understand. If I ever need another car, I'm definitely coming back here!

Oscar Bryant was our salesman at Echo Park in Gwinnett and he was efficient, kind, and knowledgeable. We have never had an easier car purchase experience. He even helped us pull off a prank on our family. Highly recommend!!

Scheduled a test drive online and arrived within an hour. Was greeted immediately and provided all the information I could ever need up front before even going to see the car. Randall was very helpful with some new features and worked to make sure that I was comfortable with the process. Very professional and inviting team.
