If you’re looking for a pre-owned vehicle I recommend checking out EchoPark. Understand that their model is about service. They set a price, offer optional warranty coverages in a Zero Pressure atmosphere. My 5 star rating isn’t because my experience was free of any issues. All purchase experiences can have problems. However, it’s how management reacts to problems that sets companies apart. In my experience EchoPark is concerned about their customers and will work with you to try to satisfy your concerns. I’ll look to EchoPark for my next vehicle purchase.

Wonderful experience here! Everyone was very kind and helpful throughout our car buying process. This was the last place we visited after a day of dealing with other car dealerships and it was like a breathe of fresh air. Our experience guide, Kevin, was wonderful and knowledgeable on the car we were interested in and ended up purchasing. Highly recommend!

From start to finish, he was friendly, patient, thorough and most of all honest. We felt like we were interacting with a friend which only made our decision-making so much easier. Nicole Joseph from finance was great too. She hel0ed us find the best rate for us. Overall, good experience. Highly recommend both the shop and these experience guides.
