Great experience with these folks.

Great experience with these folks. Edwin was very responsive as was Eli. Vehicle was ready for the test drive and negotiations were straightforward with no surprises. I would definitely do business again with these folks!

The dealership could use some work. I called & left 3 messages...no one returned my call. I ended up calling your corporate offices to get my questions (about my car) answered

40 minute wait in line outside.

40 minute wait in line outside. Advisor took a customer two cars behind me. The only reason you get a 1 is because Tyler was the only one working. Complete mismanaged business!!! overheard several customers complaining and asking for a manager. Something is broken at this service center and it is going to be hard to get customers back. I hope you take this as good information to fix your business

For the most part good but I was told a replacement back

For the most part good but I was told a replacement back up camera would be available in a couple days but it has been 2 weeks and now scheduled for May 13th. Also service on a rim that was not followed up on

1. Getting someone to call you back to schedule an

1. Getting someone to call you back to schedule an appointment. Had to call 6 times. 2. Had to wait in line over 40 minutes to hand over my vehicle. 3. They didn’t reset the maintenance needed reminder in the info system. Also, stated they fixed my Fob but it didn’t work when I got home. Took a 2nd visit to resolve those issues.
