Dirty dealership. I would avoid them like the plague. They use any and every salesperson trick you can think of, the owner lacks self awareness and insists that anyone writing a negative review is wrong for it, rather than looking at what might have upset their customers. I would only recommend being a customer here if you specifically want to be taken advantage of.
