What a nice low pressure, helpful dealership! The sales person was with me and guided me throughout the entire experience. I truly felt that i was treated as family. Good work Charlotte and the entire Wile team!

I was sitting here wondering what I was going to write as a review and I think it will be something like this:- Ask for Jessie or John they are the best! John is amazing and makes the process really smooth. He goes above and beyond for his customers and tries to help as much as possible. Great service and they know their stuff. Wonderful experience from beginning to end. I especially liked their brand new showroom and the customer waiting area, where they had a brand new coffee machine, which also made the perfect cappuccino! It's the little things in life!

I have purchased many cars, used and new, and this was the first time that I didn't have to haggle with the sales department. I knew the value of my trade-in and what was a fair price for the car that I was going to buy. They offered a very good price for my trade and had the Palisade priced to sell. John and Mario took the time to answer all of my many questions and made sure that I was satisfied. They got my trade priced and the new car fully prepped in one day and I was driving home with a big smile. I highly recommend this dealership.
