Our experience was great with Rick and Gabe! When we decided on not getting a car Rick called me the next day with a car that came in and was exactly what we were looking for. Yes, payments are a little high but that's to be expected when you don't have the best credit. Will definitely buy a car here again.

Gabe was awesome. Felt very at ease with him. He put me in a very nice Chevy Malibu. Will go back to Smart motors again when ready for another car and will ask for Gabe personally.

PURCHASED FROM THIS DEALER iN DECEMBER . IN THE BEGINNING THEY ACT VERY NICE AND UNDERSTANDING. YES I HAVE CREDIT ISSUES AND REASON WHY IT TOOK ME HERE AT SMART MOTORS, BUT DOESN'T MEAN A DEALERSHIP HAVE THE RIGHT TO take ADVANTAGE OF ANY CONSUMER. I PURCHASED A SANTA FE AND THEY CONTINUE TO try to FIX THE SAME ISSUES OVER AND OVER. THEY OFFER 2 YEAR WARRANTY BUT WITH A DEDUCTIBLE. EVERY OTHER BUYER I CAME ACROSS AT THE SERVICE OFFICE HAS THE SAME ISSUES. HIGH PAYDAY PAYMENTs & TONS OF BRING BACK FIXES. IT GET VERY FRUSTRATING TO KEEP BRINGING BACK YOUR CAR FOR THE SAME OR NEW ISSUES. ITS like IT NEVER ENDS. THEY DID REPLACE MY VEHICLE WITH A DIFFERENT ONE This OCTOBER 2015, ALL I paid FOR THAT YEAR WAS LosT AND I STARTED OVER ON THE LOAN FOR THE SECOND CAR. ONCE AGAIN REPAIR AND REPAIR. ITS NOT WORTH THE TIME AND SAFETY OF YOUR FAMILY TO BUY FROM THESE PEOPLE. JUST CAUSE OUR CREDIT ISN'T UP TO STANDARDS DOESN'T GIVE ANY DEALERSHIP THE RIGHT TO TAKE ADVANTAGE OF ANYONE. BEWARE OF THIS DEALERSHIP. YOUR FAMILY SAFETY IS MORE IMPORTANT.
