I scheduled an appointment online and when I showed up Chris Carter took care of me. He did not see my scheduled appointment however made some quick changes to the scheduling system and got my appointment all squared away. Highly professional and efficient all around!

I dread going to most service centers because of the lack of trust and how they make you feel. Garber Subaru in Webster is different. Their entire staff and workflow for managing any kind of vehicle service is exceptional. Ashley communicates well and always makes you feel like you’re a key client. Can’t say enough good about the entire experience every time I go.
