I've had great service, professional and friendly interactions with staff and I have consistently felt that both my car and I were in great hands at this dealership. In fact, a few months ago, my husband needed a different car, so we became a two-Subaru family, of course going back to McGrath, and even going back to the sales associate who sold me my Forester several years ago.

Willie was my rep. He was courteous and checked back with me a couple of times while I waited. After the inspection he explained why items besides an oil change and tire rotation should be taken care of. And the additional work only added an extra 1/2 hour to my original estimated time frame. I am confident that I and my SUV are in good and trustworthy hands when I come here.
