I had a specific car in mind that I wanted, 2016 Mazda CX5, and there were 2 places in Illinois that had it. Went to one dealership and didn't feel comfortable at all there. Felt like they were being sneaky with what charges they were trying to add on and were not personable. Went to the second dealership and felt like I was there #1 priority.
