After a truly horrific experience with one of our local dealerships (the kind that makes you consider hitchhiking as a lifestyle), we drove 2.5 hours to Crown Subaru and it was the best decision we could’ve made! Kenny M. had us squared away with everything but the final signatures before we even left our driveway. When we arrived, he walked us through the car, went over all the features, and made the whole process as smooth as butter. Big shout-out to Justin S., the new car manager, who was the kind of A++ human that restores your faith in the process, and to Jennifer M. in finance, who made that final stretch painless (and almost enjoyable, which is saying something about signing car paperwork). The entire experience was stress-free, honest, and even kind of fun! Crown Subaru turned our horror story into a five-star ending. 10/10 would road trip again!!

I had a wonderful experience at Crown Subaru. My salesperson, Brandy Toche, was very friendly and professional. She was very knowledgeable of the different Subaru models and was very helpful in assisting me in deciding which car to purchase. Crown gave me a good price on my trade in, and was very helpful with financing. I was very satisfied in my car buying experience. I look forward to driving my new Forrester for many years.

My first two experiences were not great. I met Matthew White at the end of my second experience/visit and he took the time to hear about my issues. Ever since then, he has went above and beyond to ensure every visit is positive. I recommend everyone choose him for you subaru servicing needs!
