Aaron Warren was great help. I got the car I wanted and needed. He was helpful and answered any questions I had. They were patient with me because I came from out of state to get the car.

Lithia Nissan's service department has A1 customer

Lithia Nissan's service department has A1 customer service. Zac is very courteous, knowledgeable and has a great customer service demeanor. He or Josh go over the service report and answer all of my questions no matter how many I ask. I feel confident my car is getting the best care possible and I know as best one can know what to anticipate for future servicing/ maintenance.

Both my husband and I have used Ames Nissan and if we don't have to use them again we would perfeer it that way. They were slow to work on our cars and poor with communication.
