Excellent service! Kevin Jave was great, very knowledgeable. He went over everything with me. I was very pleased with the service! Also finance dept. was great.

Had a 9 o’clock appointment For an oil service and tire

Had a 9 o’clock appointment For an oil service and tire rotation. Was greeted promptly. Met with Kenneth. He wrote me up and I was in and out in less than 40 minutes. Positive experience.

The team at 110 Hyundai are always very friendly and professional. They try to get you in and out as fast as possible while performing service on your car. Waiting area is always clean and bright.

Raven was very good, personable, patient, and

Raven was very good, personable, patient, and professional. Our main complaint was the unnecessary speed of the transaction. Not everyone expects to walk into a dealership and walk out with a car the same day. We had a 4:00pm appointment and, although we had pretty much already decided which vehicle we were going to purchase, we had not expected to complete the transaction that evening and take it home. The entire process seemed unnecessarily rushed as we could have put a deposit down and come back to complete the paperwork the following day. We also did not appreciate the fact that we did not see anything in writing listing actual cost until we had already gone through the lengthy process of transferring insurance, at which point we were basically stuck. By that time it was after 9:00 (past closing time) and we felt pressured into making a quick decision about the additional warranties, etc , none of which was given to us in a clear manner for us to consider (we ended up NOT purchasing any). I realize after also recently doing business with a Nissan dealership that this way of doing things appears to be the norm, but it left us completely annoyed and dissatisfied.
