Casey was very helpful with our purchase of a car. We will consider looking for a car through 616 motors again.

I bought this car a month ago and after they claimed of fixing the car the car 3 weeks after stopped turning on completely. Paid 6 grand for the car and now I have to get it fixed for some weird unknown issue.

Highly recommend. Very nice process. Friendly team. No pressure. Car was clean and prepped for test drive and purchase. Plan on going back for service.

The place was clean and the staff was friendly. We went to go look at a car and met the staff (friendly and professional). We took the car to our trusted and reputable mechanic, and they found a myriad of issues. The biggest item was a FAILING TRANSMISSION. The car was already priced ~$1k above market value. We went back and they were going to sell us "as is". Very glad we got a pre buy inspection done. They did offer to service it and try to fix it, but they should've had this stuff fixed before they tried to sell "as is".

These guys are amazing! From the owner Matt McNaughton, to his son Corbin, to Cameron. I had purchased a vehicle about a month ago when I turned in a lease, and when the time was quickly approaching to turn in another lease vehicle, I went back to 616 Motors and worked with Matt. Some things happened and I was not going to be able to get the vehicle I really wanted because of the disparity between the book value and the loan amount. Instead of Matt chalking it up to a lost sale, he brought the price down to where the loan amount I could get for the car was enough, even to cover tax, title, and license, so I did not have to come up with a balance. Because he did that, I know the business did not make much of, if any profit, and that is commendable. Matt REALLY went the extra mile for me and my family and we are exceptionally grateful. 616 Motors knows how to do business, knows how to value customers, and understands the immeasurable importance of customer service as it relates to gaining repeat customers! Thanks guys, and MERRY Christmas!!

The buying process went well. However, the car's major issues weren't revealed to me. I had the oil changed shortly after purchase and didn't even make it 2,000 miles before I knew something was wrong with the oil. I took it to a mechanic and learned about 2 oil leaks, liquid from transmission pan, and found out the engine needs replaced. The cost of the repairs are way more than the purchase price. Car dealerships typically have vehicles checked before selling them, so it seems like something this major would have been known.

I bought 2009 Jeep Wrangler for $16000 which wasn't worth $16000. He sold me a lemon. First of all I spent $2100 on rear end, and other stuff. Then $980 on front end stuff. Then $660 on replacing all the lights. Then the transmissions going out. Then valve in the engine needs to replace. And there's still a shiny but nobody can find it. But only thing good they did was put running boards on, just to take off the bad review the first time.

It was wonderful. My husband and I just bought a 2012 Subaru it is like new. It looks and smells great. The heated seats are excellent. My 14 year old says this is her first car. We haven't even told her that, she's so in love she wants to keep it all to herself.
