Terrible place to do business with. Will not recommend this place to anyone. General manager will not respond to my emails to discuss my situation

Worst car buying experience in 50 years. Finance down right LIED to me during signing paperwork as far as total cost. Never saw paper, signed some electronic keypad. Final paperwork was delivered as I drove off - printer issues! Next day review of paper indicated I was LIED to regarding cost. Calls were ignored, and call to site mgr were to no avail. He could care less. This was back in 2023. Last week I had to call on a warranty question, as local GMC dealer had NO IDEA what I had purchased. They weren't in the GMC system !! Call to finance for details went to voicemail - NO call back in 7 days. This is the worst customer experience I've ever had. Stay clear of this dealership(not just GMC) since finance and site mgr are across both Chevy and GMC.

$175 just to diagnose my A/C?! Trying to rip me off before I even visit!
