AutoBay was extremely honorable in my entire car buying experience. They were upfront about pricing, tried to make the deal as fair as possible, and when there was a transport hiccup not of their doing, made sure things went smoothly thereafter. I would absolutely buy from them again

If I could leave a no star review, spoke with a gentleman on Monday tried to put a down payment on the vehicle said they don’t take down payments drove three hours to come pick it up and said somebody else put a down payment on it and that it’s not available..

They don’t respond at all. I guess they don’t want to sell their cars

Recently purchased a 2021 challenger Scat Pack and was very pleased with the car and the service! Scotti our sales rep was knowledgeable, professional, and friendly. We looked at a couple of similar cars and before test driving them knew the total prices for each, why they differed and the pros and cons of each car. The prices we were quoted was the final prices, nothing else was hidden! All the staff here were friendly and professional and the purchase was faster than i expected. Highly recommend this dealership to those looking for more than a car but a driving experience! The inventory is not only diverse but impressive and prices are generally lower than market average. But just as important, the staff there are awesome! Tom, with the blk on blk on blk scat pack!

Stupid sales! They told me they were not earning money selling cars, but they got bonus from finance. They told me they wanted finance instead of cash so they can get incentives, and with finance they can lower the car price by 10k. So funny!
