Scott… I always thought you were a Stand up guy! That is why I decided to give your dealership a shot! But, this complete BS and nonsense the manner in which we were Belittled and Embarrassed as old Stupid easy marks to just blow off, was a Monumental Error in both Judgement and lack of Integrity on your staff’s part just to save a few bucks and make budget! I only want you and Nissan to do the right thing and replace the instrumentation panel! Once, that is done I will go back on Dealer Rating and Google Reviews and Retract my comments and sing your praises as Being the Above Board and Approachable Guy I thought you were!

I will be more than happy to meet with you personally, in order for you to examine the car for yourself! And after a couple of minutes speaking with me, you will see that both my wife and I are Extremely Credible and did not ever spray a drop of any liquid on that panel! I clean the interior myself, I only run the car through the Brushless wash next to Krauzers on Middletown Ave.

I've experienced nothing but long waits and issues with the Service Department at Executive Jeep Nissan. Most recently, on February 5, 2026, I had an appointment for an oil change at 7 a.m. I had also asked that they re-check a noise my car had been making ever since my last oil change there last year, and that my passenger's side rearview mirror be replaced due to damage to it. More than 5 hours later, they had not begun any work on my car. The rep. also said the mirror replacement would be over $1,300. I had a mechanic friend of mine order the mirror unit and it only cost $120! I've been a customer at Executive Jeep Nissan for years and will never, NEVER, go there again

Pleasant experience, KEMAR listened to my concerns, Technician road tested and confirmed my concerns. Was updated on progress of repair throughout its time at the dealership .Repair work was completed to my satisfaction.

My check engine light had come on. I was able to get an appointment for the next day. Sal was my go to for the visit. The customer service was great. I received texts throughout the day and a video from the technician. I was very satisfied.
