They have had my car in for service twice in 3 weeks span. 7 days the first time. Now four days out of an estimated 11 days. I have been put on a wait list for a loaner car. When purchasing I was told if my car goes in under warranty work I would be given a loaner car. Today I was told I am the 8th person on the list. I feel this is unexceptable. This is becoming a financial burden. All day today when I check, my hood has not been up once. I am sure they will just say that they have ordered the parts. Very FRUSTRATED

I’m a current Range Rover owner. I had met Nigil several years ago when he first started at Arrowhead Range Rover when I looked at a defender. I did not purchase that car, but he continued to touch back when he had something he thought I would be interested in. He reached out and I saw the Evoque on the site. It was exactly what I was looking for. The right trim package, the correct price right Color and Wright gas mileage.. I came in. We negotiated a deal that was a win-win for all and I left with a great car. And Jude taught me all the amazing features of the vehicle as well!
