The dealership staff was courteous, attentive, and highly professional, making me feel both at home and truly valued as a customer. The manager and the sales team were great to work with—friendly, knowledgeable, and focused on providing an excellent experience from start to finish. I would definitely recommend this dealership to anyone looking for outstanding service

My A/C was on the fritz. I made an appointment for the next day. Service explained to me possibilities if warranty did not cover the repair. I was updated during the day. I was able to pick my car up before closing. Service contact, Jesus, was friendly and professional.

Excellent service quick n fast and the customer service is great and well informed me about my car

On three different conversations 2 with Jesus and one with another tech, Jesus and another tech informed me my car was going to be washed. When I picked up my car Jesus said my car was washed. But it was not. Jesus also said that after the service my engine air filter didn't need to be changed after all and it checked out good. I took a look when I got home and it was pretty black and dirty so l changed it myself. Also in multi point inspection it said my tires checked out good and the psi was at 36. As I was driving home the TMPS light was on and said my tires were low. I checked and it indeed was and I had to put air in them and calibrate the system myself. Lastly, I checked my quote from my previous service on how much it would cost for transmission drain and fill. And I was quoted originally around 180 and I have the paperwork to prove it. But Jesus charged me double. When I went back to get a refund for the overcharge, he said there is nothing he can do now and that he will just take care of me on my next service. Worse experience ever. Don’t come here to get your car serviced.
