i did not buy a vehicle from this dealership because it was too far from my home.

Me and my wife had a great experience with all the people at Ally, our sales person Maggy was especially pleasant and helpful, overall we had a great experience with Ally and love the car we got which was a 2017 Genesis.

Adrian was very helpful with my purchase. I drove from Burleson to the dealership in Addison. When I arrived, the VW beetle was parked out front ready for me to drive. He let my kids and I get in and do a test drive. There were a few things that I requested to be touched up on the car. Everything I requested was completed except for some paint touch ups on the hood and trunk. The car was really clean and I love it! I highly recommend Ally for your next car purchase.

Super nice & professional to work with. My salesman, Zia, was very helpful. The owner helped get a much lower finance rate, almost 50% less than another lender! They also agreed in writing to address a couple of issues for me when I get back in town. I highly recommend Ally in Addition, TX for your next vehicle purchase.

Had a fair and easy negotiation on a used car. Adrian in sales was great! Ally paid for my Uber to pickup the car. After I drove car for several days and ~100 miles check engine light came on. Needed catalytic converter. I asked Adrian if Ally if could help, and they paid for the repair!

We had a great experience at Ally Autogroup. My father in law and I found a car online and drove from Kansas. We were fortunate we got to deal with Zia, who was very accommodating. There were a couple of issues that needed to be worked through on the car but Zia helped us in every way he could. We left with a great car that we bought at a good price that we bought from great people. I highly recommend Ally Autogroup!

My son and I had been car shopping for weeks and were unable to locate the right car and financing for him. I reached out to Adrian at Ally Auto Group and he took car of us from the first phone call. We walked away 2 days later with my son’s very first car financed on his own! One of the owners (Sam) even handled the paperwork with my son as a first time buyer and college student. I am really disappointed with my vehicle purchase made on 01/02/23. I had my car for 10 days and the vehicle stopped running and the check engine light turned on. There were 3 permanent codes that were present when I got the car scanned. When I informed the dealership of what was going on, their solution was to charge the battery. They charged the battery for me and gave me my car back and in 7 days, the same situation happened again. They replaced a few sensors and I got my car back, however, the issue was not resolved. I asked what else they could do for me and their response was take it to a mechanic. I will not do business with Ally Auto Group in the future and I would not recommend them for others looking to purchase their next vehicle.
