Very Disappointing Experience – I Would Not Buy From Navasota Ford Again I purchased a 2025 Mercedes-AMG CLE 53 from Navasota Ford remotely om 8/27/2026 and had the vehicle shipped from Texas to Arizona. Because I was purchasing the car sight unseen, I specifically asked about its condition. I was told the vehicle was “super clean,” had no accidents, and that the dealership was not aware of any issues. Before purchasing, I was also provided a video walkthrough of the vehicle confirming its condition. I relied on that walkthrough and the dealership’s representations when deciding to purchase the vehicle without seeing it in person. The vehicle arrived in Scottsdale on Sunday. Mercedes-Benz service was closed Sunday, Monday was Labor Day, and I brought the vehicle to Mercedes on Tuesday at the first available opportunity. Mercedes diagnosed rodent damage to the rear bumper wiring harness, including a separated harness, multiple electrical faults, and no power to both license-plate lights. The documented repair estimate was $1,081.07. What makes this experience especially disappointing is what happened afterward. We made multiple phone calls, sent emails, and sent text messages to our salesperson, Quad, as well as Tarik, trying to get this resolved. We provided documentation of the damage and repeatedly attempted to communicate with the dealership about a relatively small $1,000 repair. Despite all of those attempts, the issue has been largely ignored and remains unresolved. Today is 10/4/2026 and still no resolution. I also went out of my way to accommodate the dealership during the purchase. I originally intended to pay cash for the car but agreed to finance the vehicle at their request and was asked to keep the loan open for several months so the dealership would not receive a finance chargeback. I understand that a used vehicle can have an issue that a dealership may not know about. However, when a customer purchases a vehicle remotely based on the dealership's representations and video walkthrough, discovers documented damage at the first available inspection after delivery, and then repeatedly attempts to resolve the issue, I expect the dealership to stand behind the sale and at least communicate with the customer. Based on my experience, I would not purchase another vehicle from Navasota Ford. I would also caution anyone considering buying a vehicle from them remotely to have an independent inspection performed before sending payment or signing paperwork.

Brandi Kelley is the best, it’s like shopping with your BFF. I love being able to go into a dealership and have someone who doesn’t talk down to me and can still be honest with class. They were all very helpful. This is the second car my family has purchased from here.

They were fair, friendly and Brandi was a pleasure to do business with. They had the truck I wanted and gave me the advertised price without any haggling. I couldn’t be more pleased.

After shopping vehicles here in the Houston, Texas area I was exhuasted with the salesmen's attitudes, xx and the deceptive marketing I found at the big dealerships. My Wife and I were so happy and releived to find EAG Ford dealership in Navasota, Texas. They have knowledable sales people that are low pressure and actually care about the customer. On top of that they were very competitive with the big dealerships and in our case actually beat their out the door prices. And on top of that they did not try the old add on game. I have now purchased two vehicles from them in 2026. We highly reccommend the EAG Ford Dealership in Navasota. Our Salesman, Nart was very knowledable and helpful in getting our deals done and the vehicles delivered. And best of all, No xx. Ask for Nart! Mike and Dedra Coffee
