⚠️ BEWARE – My Honest Experience ⚠️ I normally don’t write reviews, but I feel I have to warn others. I bought a van from this dealership that looked perfectly fine at first. Unfortunately, not long after, I started having serious issues. I later found out that the engine harness wires had been cut and taped back together, which caused ongoing engine problems. This isn’t something that happens by accident—it’s a sign of very poor or careless repair work. On top of that, the sliding door switch didn’t work properly, and at one point the door actually opened while I was driving, which was honestly scary and dangerous. Fixing all of this turned into a nightmare. I had to make around 10 trips to the mechanic, replace the wiring harness, fix the electrical system, and deal with repeated diagnostics. In total, I ended up spending over $4,000 just to get the vehicle into a safe and working condition. What’s most frustrating is that these are not small issues—they should have been caught and addressed before the car was ever sold. From my experience, this dealership is: Not transparent Not standing behind what they sell Not BBB accredited My advice: don’t take the risk. At the very least, get a very thorough independent inspection before buying from them. Personally, I would just look elsewhere.

I referred them a customer and they really took care of him. Customer was happy with the vehicle and service. Red Toyota Prius was financed from a Credit Union with low APR. Good job guys.

I’ve bought a few used cars from different dealerships over the years and my experience with Carifonia has been by far the best. I cannot recommend them enough. Their website is clear and easy to use. When I found some cars I was interested, it was a simple appointment process. One of their sales reps, Alex, assisted me with my purchase. I explained my needs (current car versus needing a new mom-mobile) and he helped me narrow down my choices and make my final selection. He also took his time explaining all the paperwork step-by-step. I ended up purchasing a Mercedes GL 450. I also felt comfortable at this dealer because it is VERY CLEAN and comfortable. All employees were wearing face masks and there was plenty of sanitizer present. They also had comfy seating and great tasting coffee. I’ll definitely come back to this dealership if I need another car in the future.
