All the good reviews here are fake. It's easy to tell. Horrible sales liars having to go to the Texas Motor Vehicles division to correct minor thing where I know the director, thank goodness. They don't want or get repeat business. Would have been easy win for them.

I had a bit of a challenging situation being out of town. The salesman was very professional and handled a long drawn out process with ease. Very friendly and easy going. Great experience

They were friendly, courteous, and fulfilled everything they agreed to do. We felt like we got a fair deal on the vehicle. Cordell did a great job handling our sale.

Undisclosed hail damage -2024 Chevy Trail Boss VIN:3GCUDCED1RG321377 - I bought a new truck over the phone from Pegasus Chevrolet in Ennis and nothing was mentioned about hail damage. My wife and I drove over an hour to sign the paperwork on a “new truck” they pulled the truck around and the sales guy asked me did I want to take a look at the truck. I saw hail damage in the hood, fenders and roof. Not big hail. Maybe pea sized but there were a lot of dings. I counted maybe ten on the hood and fenders. There was probably twice as many on the roof. The sales guy and manager both claimed they didn’t know there was damage. To put the damage into perspective I have another vehicle that had less dents The insurance was billed 7k for the repair. To be fair, they were bigger dents but probably less than half of the amount of dings. They offered to fix it, they offered another truck on their lot, they offered to find me another truck on another lot and I declined. I said no because you don’t just get hail damage on one vehicle on a lot covered with them. I don’t want another truck that could possibly be already repaired or in the middle of a repair. They claim they didn’t know? They know now and the truck is still posted as “new” on their website for 2 days. BTW, if you read through the reviews you will see one from a guy with the last name of Butts… that’s the sales manager planting a great review. I would skip this place if I were you…

I have turned away several people from dealing with this xxxx hole dealership. They promise you things then say they never said it!! I bought a Chevy Trax in May 2024 and was told by someone (who no longer works here) that since they did not detail my car when I bought it (it was raining and close to closing by the time the paperwork was finished) that I would get a free detail with my first oil change. My husband talked to a sales manager prior to my appointment and confirmed that even though the person who sold me my car was no longer an employee, that they would still in fact honor the detail I was promised with my oil change. Today was the day of my oil change and I was told that they would NOT honor the free detail because my car "has been driven for 2 months already" & the sales person that promised me that is no longer here. They care about the sale and that's where the customer service ends. I had a bad feeling when they lied over and over again during the looking/buying process, but I went against my gut and now unfortunately they continue to lie. | HIGHLY regret buying my car from this dealership. If you're a person with integrity and you prefer to deal with honest, reliable, trustworthy people, DO NOT SHOP HERE! This place is xxxx.

Staff was great start to finish. Robert was very responsive to questions and was correct on every point. Jennifer and Raul were excellent with the deal/purchase and were mindful of our time and got us through the process quickly.

The experience went very well. I am a very motivated buyer, the dealership sent the vehicle for an inspection and upon the vehicle's return it was immediately sold. No chance to provide an offer. That's business! Everyone was very helpful.

Took our vehicle in to be repaired after a month and two days of no contact we called to see when we could pick it up . Just to be told it would be another day or two the oil pan was crushed when our vehicle was dropped . Picked it up to bring it back in 4 days leaking oil and sluggish going into gear of which neither were happening before we took it in. We were told the oil leak was due they didn’t let the adhesive dry and it needed a new transmission . Neither of these problems exsisted until we took it into the Pegasus dealership to be repaired . We were told the transmission problem was hiding. It would be 11,000$ to replace it. We picked up our vehicle had already paid close to 3000$ in repairs just to return it with more repairs due to their negligence . Needless to say we will not be returning to this dealership for anything! We were given a number to the general manager left a detailed message of the above events . He had said in his message that they would like to come to a resolution but no answer after leaving messages . We’re stuck with repair cost due to this incident . Haven’t been offered any type of help to reimburse us after their faulty repairs.
