I brought my car in with a problem of the tire monitoring system. They were able to diagnose the problem and fix it in less than an hour. Everything was completed without any problems or delays. I always bring my car to Casa Buick GMC for all routine maintenance and repairs.

The salesman had no business selling cars. He had no idea what he was doing or talking about. The bathroom was disgusting, and you have to walk to a second building to see the finance manager.

The salesman Joe was human and very down to earth. Martin the finance guy was was very nice and welcoming. However , Seasoned car buyers simply want to purchase a car and walk and be about the business of living and driving their new car. When a customer comes to your dealership with an approval certificate Make the sales and let the customer go .We wasted two days at your dealership with no pay and was strong armed to purchase features that's already on the car.Tell us why your salesman insisted on Bank America instead of GECU, is his payoff better? We almost walked out, your guy let us take the car home before clinching the deal. DONE DEAL! Mike the guy who showed us the car's features was our best experience at the dealership. He took time to explain and show us the features of the car. We walked away from Casa Ford. The Casa Group must live up to HOME OF THE NICE GUYS. We rather buy in El Paso than NM or AZ. We know the guys got to make a commission but easy up or loose good customers.

On October 11, 2025, my spouse, two family members, and I made a three-hour drive from Albuquerque, NM to El Paso to pick up our brand-new 2026 Yukon. Approximately two months later, we noticed paint peeling around the front driver-side headlight. I reached out to Sara, who then put me in contact with Daniel Martinez. I provided photos of the issue and also connected him with service advisor Kelly Gilkerson at Pitre Buick GMC, who personally inspected the paint issue. Daniel later informed me that he had spoken with Kelly but stated that the issue was complicated due to my distance from the dealership. I asked whether the repair could be outsourced to a dealership closer to my location, but no solution was offered. Instead, it has felt like I’m being given the runaround. I am very disappointed with how this issue has been handled and with my overall experience with Casa GMC following the purchase.
