Avoid this dealership at all costs. We purchased a vehicle from Lancaster Auto Group LLC on 11/18/25 and more than SIX MONTHS later still do not have title. During that time, they issued FOUR separate temporary permits while repeatedly promising the title issue would be resolved “soon.” Every deadline came and went with excuses and no resolution. The most frustrating part is that after all of this, their idea of “unwinding the deal” was not providing a full refund — it was trying to roll us into ANOTHER vehicle on their lot using the current vehicle as a credit. After half a year of stress, expired permits, constant follow-ups, and uncertainty about legal ownership, they still attempted to keep us tied into their dealership instead of simply making the situation right. This has created a major hardship for our family. We relied on this vehicle for daily transportation and spent months driving a car we legally could not properly register because the dealership failed to provide title. Consumers should be extremely cautious here and verify that this dealership actually possesses clear title BEFORE purchasing anything. Based on our experience, promises and timelines from management meant absolutely nothing.

Octavia is very personable, friendly and was a pleasure to work with. No pressure, overt or otherwise. Not once did he say, "what will it take to get you in that car today". Ive bought a lot of vehickle in my life, this has been the best experience I've had by far. The car performed well on the test drive, and better on the drive to Salem. I'll be putting a bit over 500 miles on it from Sunday through Tuesday. Looking forward to the trip. Vicki P

Good deals and friendly service. Smaller family owned dealership but that staff are friendly and knowledgeable. Will allow solo test drive and no pushy sales tactics. Seem like good guys.

I’m recommending these guys to all my friends, family, and random strangers! They where that great to deal with! They have quality used cars at honest prices and I felt knowledgeable about my car before ever driving it off the lot! I’ll buy from them again for sure.

Zero parking available and advertised deals are salvage cars and insurance write offs. Would not trust a cars reliability from here
