I was a former employee and all I gotta say is these people are a scam especially the new GM Ryan and Zach they are racist and make fun of people that come there black Mexican almost any race. You can imagine these people disgust me with all the things they do this business is very dirty they also get cars that are salvage and fix it and sell them like if their clean titles they make also fake titles duplicate titles example on a track hawk they sold it. It was stolen and they didn’t say nothing about it and then Ryan, the new GM has very bad customer service and as an employee there, I just want people to know what pieces of xxxx this company is

Horrible company! My son bought a truck there only to have them say after 2 weeks of having this truck that he can no longer have it because they didn’t get the financing that they told him they got. They are lying, sleezy, disgusting specimens of the human race! I think everyone who has been ripped off by this company should unite and get a lawyer! Put this rat hole of a company out of business!! Disgusting! Do not give this company your business!

I bought a 2022 Ford f-350 6.7 Powerstroke. Here is the good: 1. The staff was friendly 2. The truck we bought is good (so far anyway). Here is the bad: 1. The salesperson knew nothing about the vehicle. 2. The salesperson left us every few minutes to help other customers, leaving us sitting in the vehicle. 3. Several times when we asked specific questions, the salesman said he would ask his manager. He would leave us, then return 15-20 minutes later and forgot to get the answer from the manager. 4. They lowballed me on my trade-in, which was quite a bit lower than the trade-in value on KBB. I started to leave, but the salesman said he would talk to the manager. 20 minutes later the manager came and said kbb is not accurate and they would lose money on the trade-in. I was not ready to bite so we proceeded to leave again. Another manager came out and asked us "where do you want your monthly payment?" We didn't want to give a number but finally agreed on a better price. Wheeling and dealing! 5. An hour later we met with the finance guy to go over numbers. This is where it gets bad. Firstly, he played games with the numbers, putting in things that we had to and ask him to remove. Then, he in a he told us that we qualified for Ford's PremiumCare plan which covers almost everything. We of didn't believe it. He wrote on a paper how it covered the engine, tires, transmission, body, etc. It was truly too good to be true. I have never heard of a warranty that covers everything for 20 years of 500,000 miles. After trying to get him to explain how this kind of warranty was possible, he excused himself for a few minutes. A few minutes later his came back with his manager. He told us that the plan was $10000, but he made a mistake and only charged us $5000. His manager said that it was their mistake and would give it to us for $5000. The finance guy has been working there for a while and you are telling me he didn't know the cost of this so-called Ford Premium warranty? Good job guys, that was an amazing acting job! 6. We decided to bite on the warranty and he had to print it 4 times to get it right because he added things to it that we did not agree to. I looked a the generic form and then he told us that the tires and rims were a separate policy. Neither policy had anything regarding what was really covered, just some general things. By the way, there was nothing on those sheets that said FORD on it. The company offering the warranty was Gold Standard Automotive Network! We were tired of the games he also played with our interest rate, claiming he could buy some of it down for us (which he did not do), so we signed and drove away. 7. The finance manager gave me his personal phone number and said I could call him anytime . When I got home, I had questions about the warranties, so I tried to call him during normal business hours. I called five times on the same day. I was told he was there, but was with other customers. I called the next day and talked with our salesman. He said he would get a message to him and that he would call soon. Six hours later nothing. I called again, got another salesman who also said that he would give him the message. Again, no call. During this time, I texted him multiple times over 3 days. No response. On the fourth day, he finally texted me back and said he would call me soon. All day went by, nothing. The next day, nothing. I called again, nothing. 8. I called the Gold Standard Auto documentation that detailed what was covered.. They emailed me all the documents. We carefully read through both policies. Remember the finance guy told us that the warranty pretty much covered everything and was a Ford PremiumCare warranty. The person at Gold Standard specifically said that they do not have the Ford PremiumCare warranty but carried their own services. Their policies has so many limitations that I doubt you would get much out of them. Check them on BBB. Not great reviews.

Absolute worst car buying experience I’ve ever had in my life. I bought a truck or tried to buy a truck. I gave them $4000 down. They sent me out the door and down the road after signing all the paperwork to have the truck a month and treat it like my own. Only to find out. I never got financing. And they wanted more money down or they needed the truck back. So I took the truck back to them and they Charged me for the miles that I put on the truck……. $2800. These people are scammers they will steal your money and they will send you down the road with something you don’t own and you’ll end up with no vehicle and no down payment. They just stole my money. And they ran my credit 15 times and destroyed my credit. These people definitely need to quit doing business and lose their license.

I purchased a truck a few months ago from Jose and I've had problems with it ever since. I've tried to contact him on several occasions and he never returns my calls or e-mails. The staff at this company is very dishonest and they charge you for things Thay haven't even done. I was told by Jose this truck had just been serviced (untrue) I had to pay out of my own packet to get it done. I was promised information on a new key fob (Jose never gave it to me). And now I'm having trouble with the truck and no one returns my calls for the $5000.00 extended warrantee I already paid for. Jose and the management Team at Truck World are dishonest and are a disgrace to the Centerville community.

Sleazy crappy lying salesmen horrible finance department. Scammers!!!!!!! All these 5 start review must be posted by them because I wouldn’t recommend this dealership to anybody but an enemy. I see they’ve changed their name probably because of the slimy reputation they’ve been developing with crappy business practices. In my opinion
